This provides a unique opportunity to leverage the depth of our geographic reach while maintaining local knowledge, infusion, commitment, and character. In Canberra, our team includes the following disciplines: Architecture and Interior Design delivering projects across 10 different market sectors.Our local Architecture team focuses on delivering innovative designs which are site sensitive, site-specific and create a sense of place aligned with the client and community’s needs. The GHD Design architecture team is committed to a strong portfolio of federal and local government projects ranging from conceptual design to project realisation in large scale public infrastructure, institutional buildings and public realm.Key responsibilities include:Assist in developing design plans in response to client requirements.Manage tasks to develop designs and planning concepts into clear and compelling graphic images and plans.Bring a positive attitude and develop great team relationships across multiple business areas and locations.Undertake internal training and work towards accreditation for your profession (support from experienced mentors will be provided)We’re looking for someone who:Will graduate by end 2025 with a Masters of ArchitectureEnjoys working in a collaborative team environment.Is enthusiastic and willing to learn a wide range of skills.Has a portfolio of work that demonstrates a flair for design.Has solid computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Revit, InDesign or Photoshop would be beneficial.Your journey to joining GHD:Here’s what to expect, step by step:Screening: We review applications as they come in, but be mindful that the bulk of our screening happens after applications close, so don’t worry if you don’t hear from us right away.Video interviews: If you make it through the first stage, you’ll record some answers to a few straightforward questions.
