Hunter & Barrel Parramatta are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef to become part of our professional, vibrant and hard-working kitchen team. Hunter & Barrel celebrates quality meat and produce, cooked expertly over our signature coal grill and rotisserie.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Experience working in a similar high volume, fast paced restaurant environment
Experience cooking over a char-grill an advantage
Ability to work hot and pan section within a kitchen
Proven ability to adapt to a fast paced environment ensuring high attention to detail
Effective in time management
The passion for hospitality and the production of high quality dishes
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
A relevant Diploma qualification AND/OR at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
