This role involves providing administrative support to the legal team, handling various tasks such as billing and matter administration, diary management, client liaison, and legal document drafting and amending.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of monthly billing cycles, invoicing, and financial reporting for clients. Additionally, you will coordinate senior stakeholders' diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant with exposure to disputes or litigation being highly advantageous. They will be personable, approachable, and team-oriented, enjoying contributing to office life as much as managing details.

Requirements
