About the role
We are looking for a Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating current opportunities. Maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
- Work with the team to carry out routine property inspections and debtor management
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
- Possess a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills
- Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not necessary) and current driver's licence
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
- Are resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
