Job Description:
As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to women across all stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal periods. This will involve working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and patient-centred care.
Our midwives offer expert support during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, ensuring that each woman receives tailored attention and guidance throughout her journey.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
* Conduct thorough assessments and examinations to identify any potential complications or risks.
* Work closely with obstetricians, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Midwife.
* Evidence of current RANZCOG FSEP credentialing.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
