* Preparing and managing cost plans and project estimates throughout construction stages
* Conducting comprehensive tender analysis and feasibility studies
* Managing post-contract duties including progress claims, site inspections, and cost advice
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying or a related discipline, membership with AIQS, RICS, CQS, or equivalent, Australian industry experience, and full Australian working rights.
