We are currently seeking several proactive and motivated Sports Inclusion Coaches for part-time positions on a fixed-term basis to 30 June 2027, to support our All-Abilities Workforce and Sector Support Program and help ensure that everyone has a fair chance to thrive

Your New Role
Our Inclusion Coaches are responsible for engaging and connecting with their local community sporting clubs and schools, with the purpose of removing barriers and increasing opportunities for people with disability to engage in sport and active recreation.
The Inclusion Coach will work very closely with our partners to deliver training, provide support and raise awareness of the 'Sport4All' and 'Learning & Development Hub' programs and resources, to educate and drive more programs throughout regional Victoria.
Inclusion Coaches utilise their lived experience (if applicable), insights and knowledge to achieve best-practice inclusion outcomes and work collaboratively with host Regional Sport Assemblies to identify and bring to life opportunities for all-ability programs within their community.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in a sports-related field, ideally with a community health and/or disability lens
* Personal or lived experience with disability would be advantageous
* A customer-focused approach, with the proven ability to develop positive working relationships both face-to-face and remotely
* Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders using a range of communication tools, including email, verbal communication, report writing and presentations
* Prior experience in public speaking utilising assistive technologies and/or communication boards
* Exceptional organisational skills, with demonstrated experience working independently to set and achieve priorities and deadlines
* Excellent administrative skills, including competency with Microsoft Office
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A current Working With Children Check Employee card (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination
