Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to manage our ANZ region Commercial accounts. This farming role requires someone who thinks like a builder, acts like a seller and puts the customer at the centre of the conversation. You will drive sales and growth, uncover new opportunities and help customers unlock the full value of our digital experience platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage a high volume of commercial accounts focusing on retention, growth and customer success
* Drive upsell, cross-sell and renewal motions with urgency and precision
* Build trusted relationships virtually with decision-makers and key influencers
* Identify whitespace opportunities and expand our footprint at the account
Requirements
To succeed in this role you need:
* Experience within a SaaS sales or business development setting, account management highly advantageous
* Demonstrable commercial instincts and a consultative customer-first approach
* Excellent communication and virtual selling skills
* Strong English language skills verbally and in writing
