**About the Role**
- Monitor customer accounts, sales contracts, and credit overrides
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Commercial team) and external customers to provide credit support
- Assist in developing and enhancing credit systems and reporting
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to team training
**About You**
To excel in the Credit Office role with CSBP, you must possess the following key attributes:
- Certificate IV in Credit Management preferred
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Industry experience in agriculture or banking is a plus
