About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to work closely with the General Manager in leading our Service and Parts departments. This role is critical in providing strategic and technical guidance to ensure divisional business plans, performance targets, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling day-to-day fixed operations
* Coaching and developing the operations team to drive high performance
* Implementing strategies to support future business growth
* Monitoring and achieving manufacturer CSI and performance targets
* Acting as the senior escalation point for all service guest concerns
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a similar senior role
* A hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on quality and accountability
* Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams toward targets
* Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
* Strong computer literacy and confidence working with dealership systems
