Front Desk Assistant Role
We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to provide exceptional support to our internal team.
This role involves creating a welcoming experience for clients, handling general enquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.
* Greet clients and assist with their requests in a professional manner.
* Support the accounts manager with data entry, supplier invoice entry, and customer invoicing.
* Perform other related duties as required to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk reception area and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization.
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
* Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Additionally, proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is essential.
