Your Responsibilities
* Assist Management Team in training and mentoring Team Members;
* Run shifts including opening and closing the store;
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a memorable experience;
* Assist Management with stock takes and processing deliveries;
* Oversee stations to ensure efficiency;
* Address and resolve customer queries or complaints.
