Beauté Pacifique' is seeking a Business Development Manager in our Knoxfield, Victoria office. This full-time role will spearhead new business opportunities and expand our presence in the sales industry. You\'ll play a vital part in driving the company\'s strategic growth objectives.
What you\'ll be doing
1. Identifying and pursuing new business prospects across a range of sectors
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts
5. Providing timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline
6. Create and achieve ambitious targets
What we\'re looking for
1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the skincare sales industry
2. Experience in field sales, client acquisition calls and general B2B outreach
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities
5. Strong stakeholder management capabilities
6. Ambitious, driven and results-oriented
7. Ability to travel and ready to spend about 40-60% in the field
