Your key responsibilities Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business, economic, and financial knowledge to help resolve client challenges.
Support Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing planning, operational transfer pricing, compliance requirements and all forms of tax authority engagement (including reviews, audits, and Advance Pricing Arrangements).
Manage engagements and maintain day-to-day client relationships, including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities.
Review transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
Mentor, train, and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
Skills and attributes for success Possess at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment.
Demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations.
Exhibit strong teaming and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing.
Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
Hold a Bachelors degree or higher qualification.
Financial modelling, Excel skills, AI skills, and Bloomberg skills are beneficial.
