As our Sales Order & Logistics Co‑Ordinator, you'll be the central link between customers, sales reps, manufacturing, and freight partners. Your work ensures our products get where they're needed – accurately, safely, and on time. You will:
– Manage sales orders from entry through to dispatch.
– Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and freight bookings.
– Track production and communicate updates to stakeholders.
– Provide responsive customer service and resolve delivery challenges.
– Maintain accurate records and support operational smoothness.
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and freight management systems is required.
Experience in the chemical or hazardous materials industry is preferred but not essential.
