Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
* Process and receive orders and quotes efficiently to meet customer needs.
* Provide expert advice on part suitability and engage with customers to find suitable solutions.
Core Functions:
1. Carry out parts counter duties, including receiving parts calls, greeting customers, and assisting walk-in customers.
2. Complete and process paperwork accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions effectively.
3. Organize and manage daily freight delivery, working closely with office and service departments.
4. Account for all parts correctly counted in and out of the branch.
5. Conduct quarterly and annual parts counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities Include:

To Be Successful In This Role:
* Experience as a parts interpreter in an automotive or similar industry is essential.
* Customer service and effective communication skills are crucial.
* Knowledge of engines is advantageous.
* The ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
* A high attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and troubleshoot complex tasks.
* A forklift ticket would be highly desirable.
* A valid car driver's license is required.

Work Arrangements:
This is a full-time contract till September 2026, working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Overtime is required, but penalty rates are paid for all work above 38 hours. All necessary safety equipment and PPE are provided.
