About the Role
As a Project Controller you will support the financial performance and successful delivery of our capital projects. Reporting to the Project Controls Lead, you will partner closely with project and operational teams to provide accurate cost control, forecasting and performance insights across a portfolio of projects. You will contribute to governance and decision‐making by maintaining robust project control processes and supporting integrated cost and schedule outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
* Support Project and Program Managers with cost insights to drive delivery outcomes
* Monitor project budgets, commitments, funding (AFEs), and accruals/value of work done
* Manage cost change control and contingency processes, ensuring transparency and governance
* Assess and document cost impacts of scope, schedule, and risk changes
* Support development of work programs, annual budgets, and reforecasts
About You
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can manage competing priorities and deliver high‐quality insights in a dynamic project environment.
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have
* A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Business, Finance or a related discipline
* Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
* Experience working across capital projects within energy, resources, infrastructure or similar industries
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability with high attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
