We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee civil and road construction works on projects across regional Western Australia.The successful candidate will have strong civil construction experience, particularly on roads, earthworks, drainage, pavements, or associated infrastructure, and be comfortable leading teams in a remote/regional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities across civil and road construction worksCoordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with Main Roads WA standards, project specifications, and quality requirementsLead and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS and site safety systemsMonitor progress against programme and report on productivity and milestonesLiaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and stakeholdersIdentify and resolve site issues efficiently to minimise delays and reworkAssist with cost control, forecasting, and variation managementMaintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentationSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor in civil constructionStrong background in roads, highways, or Main Roads WA projects (highly regarded)Sound knowledge of civil construction methodologies, standards, and QA processesWhite Card (Construction Induction)What's on OfferCompetitive salary around $150K + Super (negotiable)Flexible roster options – 2:1 or 10:4Opportunity to work on significant regional WA infrastructure projectsAbout Western Work ForceWestern Work Force is an Australian-owned recruitment firm delivering comprehensive staffing solutions across temporary, contract, and permanent placements.
