**Role Description**
**Tasks**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with industry trends and client needs
- Conduct Reference Checks
- Carrying Police Checks
- Liaising with Injury and Wellness Coordinator to arrange pre employment medicals
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes, ensuring all required documentation and training is completed
**Qualifications**
- Proven blue collar or high-volume recruitment experience preferably within oil & gas mining, construction or engineering
- Confident stakeholder engagement with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a quick-paced setting
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, Equal Employment Opportunity and recruitment best practices
- Ability to coach and influence hiring managers
- Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation
- Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, desirable but not essential
