When leading a network of Triumph branded retail stores across Queensland, you want to drive exceptional sales performance and operational excellence—so you can build high-performing teams, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help women feel truly empowered every day.Retail District Manager (Queensland)This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll take full ownership of sales, KPIs, and team development across multiple stores.
You'll also support our Brand Advisors in major department stores, ensuring Triumph's presence and values shine through every customer interaction.What You'll Be DoingLead and coach Store Managers to exceed sales targets and key metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT)Ensure stores are visually flawless, operationally efficient, and customer-focusedMonitor and analyse store-level performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement tailored action plansPartner with the wider business on regional planning, marketing and new store openingsFoster a high-performance, customer-centric culture across the store networkLead regular meetings and training sessions to upskill and motivate the retail teamWhat You'll Bring5+ years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or apparelMinimum 2–3 years in a retail management role across a multi-site retail networkProven success in driving sales and KPIs across multiple storesStrong commercial acumen and ability to interpret retail performance dataPassion for coaching and developing retail talentProficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (POS, Humanforce preferred)Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across QueenslandNice to haveA qualification in Business or Retail Management is desirable but not essentialRecruitment agencies - Please do not contact us about this vacancy or send speculative CVs as they will not be accepted.
