Your new role
As an Azure Administrator, you will act as the second-level escalation point for technical issues raised via ServiceNow, primarily across Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Teams AV. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders-including legal professionals-and external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex IT issues.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in Azure administration, including Exchange Online and Intune
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams AV, including Teams Calling and device support
* Experience providing second-level support for Windows 11, including vendor coordination
* General familiarity with Canon Uniflow or similar enterprise printing systems
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to support professional users over the phone
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
