Great customer service is a must, as well as fast high quality coffee production.
You will need to be able to work well both on your own and as part of a team.
You must have great organisation skills and have a high standard of cleanliness for all areas of the restaurant from the coffee machine, to the dinning room, washup and storage area.A knowledge of coffee calibration and machine maintenance is a plus but we can teach this with our machine as all machines are slightly different anyway.
