We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
* Meet and greet walk-in clients, providing exceptional customer service
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Assist the Works Coordinator with various tasks and projects
* Provide general office support as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration/reception
* A genuine desire to work in a supportive role
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional presentation and manner
