We are seeking compassionate, motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Youth Support Workers in the Devonport area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in Out of Home Care and help create a safe, stable and empowering environment.
About the Role
* Provide daily support, guidance and positive role-modelling to young people.
* Deliver person-centred care and maintain a calm, supportive presence.
* Assist with personal care tasks as required.
* Support young people to build independence, emotional regulation and life skills.
* Maintain clear and accurate records and follow established procedures.
Availability Requirements:
* You must be available to work a mixed roster including shifts from 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm plus sleepovers from 11pm - 7am.
