Position Overview
You've completed your Certificate II Pre‐Apprenticeship qualification and are looking to start a career in automotive. RAC Auto Services, one of the largest automotive businesses in WA, is offering a First Year Apprentice position at our Morley work centre. The role is a four‐year full‐time contract, starting in January2025, and reports to the Team Leader. Flexibility and a highly motivated, can‐do attitude are essential.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Work in a hands‐on automotive environment, learning various mechanical systems under supervision. Participate in classroom training and on‐the‐job assessments, maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
Qualifications
* Completed a Certificate II Automotive Pre‐Apprenticeship (desirable)
* A valid WA 'C' class driving licence
* Strong desire to pursue a career in mechanics, with keen interest in light vehicle automotive industry
* Ability to learn in a hands‐on workplace and classroom environment
* Proven reliability and punctuality
