The role of Transportation Network Manager is a critical part of our operation. It involves overseeing the transportation network, ensuring smooth operations and reliable services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Network Oversight: Responsible for monitoring and managing the transportation network across Queensland and Victoria.
* Operational Management: In charge of maintaining two-way radio contact with drivers, despatching buses to shifts and drivers, handling on-road incidents and ensuring timely departures from depots.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitors the performance of the network and bus drivers to identify areas for improvement.
* Crisis Management: Manages network interruptions in accordance with contractual obligations.

* Effective Communication: Possesses excellent communication skills to maintain effective relationships with bus drivers and other stakeholders.
