Job Description In this role, you will work closely with the Refit Team and Store Operations to ensure smooth execution of store refits, relocations, and upgrades.
You'll play a key part in maintaining store compliance, operational standards, and process consistency, while supporting stores through transitions and setup phases.
A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Liaise between the Refit Team, Store Managers, and Operations to ensure projects run efficiently.
Oversee store processes and ensure adherence to company compliance and operational standards.
Support with merchandising layouts, stock coordination, and execution of planograms.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices.
Provide hands-on support during refit periods, ensuring stores are ready for launch.
Assist with team training and communication to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain accurate reporting and feedback on progress and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to drive profitability & compliance.
Strong Prioritization & Conflict Management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional verbal & written communication.
