Help keep our Community Accessability vehicles clean, safe and ready for the road. Our fleet plays an important role in helping clients get to appointments, shopping trips and social activities, and were looking for volunteers who can lend a hand to keep them in top condition.
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in presentation, or simply like the satisfaction of a sparkling clean car, this is a great way to contribute to your community. All cleaning products and equipment are provided; just bring your enthusiasm.
As a Volunteer Vehicle Cleaner, youll assist in keeping our vehicles tidy, refuelled and well-presented for our volunteer drivers and clients. Tasks include washing exteriors, vacuuming interiors, wiping down surfaces, checking for visible maintenance issues and refuelling vehicles when required.
Youll be based at our Transport Site, where water, electricity and all cleaning materials are supplied. The role is flexible, with only a few hours per week required. Its ideal for anyone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to meet Centrelink volunteering requirements or simply likes helping out in a practical way.
