H2 Group is a busy and reputable legal practice based in West Perth. We take pride in our professional and outstanding works in the areas of Legal, Property Conveyancing and Migration. Currently we are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential administrative support to our team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting clients in a warm friendly manner
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner – able to manage multiple phone lines
Receiving, sorting and distributing daily emails and mails
Scheduling meetings/appointments
Maintaining the reception and boardroom area in a neat and tidy state
Supporting senior staff with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying etc
Providing ad-hoc duties as required
Essential Skills and Experiences:
Well-presented and organised
Able to work autonomously, efficiently and under pressure
Attention to details
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good teamwork and time management skills
A can do and positive attitude
Strong work ethic and reliable
Experience is preferred, but not essential
