About the RoleAs a Developer Programmer at CloudM Solutions, you will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and ongoing improvement of enterprise software applications. You will work closely with technical teams and clients to analyse system requirements, develop secure and efficient solutions, and support the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Analyse and evaluate business and system requirements to design effective software solutions
* Develop, maintain, and optimise program code in accordance with system specifications and quality standards
* Identify limitations and inefficiencies in existing systems and recommend technical improvements
* Perform application testing, debugging, and fault resolution to ensure system reliability, performance, and security
* Participate in deployment automation, system integration, and release management activities
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across software design, development, and delivery processes
* Monitor system performance, collect operational metrics, and contribute to performance optimisation strategies
* Assist in the evaluation of software tools, platforms, and upgrades, including technical feasibility and cost considerations
* Contribute to the development of secure applications by implementing appropriate security controls and risk mitigation measures
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years experience in software development and programming within enterprise environments
* Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools
* Experience with system analysis, application design, and solution architecture
* Sound knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and quality assurance practices
* Familiarity with automation, deployment pipelines, and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
* Understanding of application security principles, encryption methods, and risk management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
