As a Courier/Delivery Driver at Roundhouse Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our delicious meals reach our customers promptly and safely. You will be responsible for managing deliveries, maintaining communication with the restaurant staff, and providing excellent customer service during each delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Orders: Safely transport food and beverages from the restaurant to customers' locations in a timely manner.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to customers upon delivery, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Order Management: Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the restaurant and ensure that all items are delivered as requested.
- Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., insulated bags, utensils).
- Communication: Maintain open communication with restaurant staff regarding delivery status, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.
- Cash Handling: If applicable, handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all safety and traffic regulations while driving and adhere to Roundhouse Restaurant's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
