Your New Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance across sales, people, operations and customer experience. You’ll be a hands-on leader who inspires your team, drives results and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand’s values and standards.
* Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
* Be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting customers and leading from the front
* Manage all day-to-day store operations including rosters, wages, stock and visual standards
* Create a positive, accountable team culture where people feel supported and proud of their work
* Monitor store performance, identify trends and take action to maximise opportunities
* Ensure visual merchandising and presentation are always on brand and commercially strong
* Champion a premium customer experience that keeps customers coming back
The Experience Checklist:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
* 2+ Years minimum experience at a Flagship location.
* A strong people leader with a passion for coaching, development and succession planning
* Sales-driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets
* Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Hands-on and energetic, thriving in a customer-facing leadership role
