Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

This role is an excellent chance for a skilled sales professional to join our team and drive business growth through effective lead conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of B2B sales experience, particularly in services or SaaS environments. They will be able to manage high-volume inbound leads, close deals with consistency, and maintain excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal and close
* Handle inbound leads across multiple services, focusing on R&D grants
* Convert one-off clients into multi-service accounts through solution selling
* Follow up leads, track every deal, and close every time

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of B2B sales experience
* Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage high-volume inbound leads
* Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
* Ability to use CRM software like HubSpot and sell to small-to-mid-sized businesses
