Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate bus and driver movements for scheduled services, maintenance, fuelling, and operational needs.
* Manage crew and vehicle changeovers, responding quickly to breakdowns, delays, and staffing changes.
* Support frontline driving staff during both routine and emergency situations.
* Monitor compliance with National Fatigue guidelines, regulations, and Enterprise Agreements.
* Maintain accurate operational records for incidents, service disruptions, and performance analysis.
* Assist with charter allocations, quoting, and coordination with the Sales Support team.
* Engage with drivers and staff to foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in operations coordination, ideally with supervisory exposure.
* A current C class driver's licence (MR licence preferred or willingness to obtain).
* A valid State Driving Authority and Working with Children Check.
* First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and support teams in high-pressure situations.
* Proactive problem-solving and focused on continuous improvement.
