About the role
* Work alongside Executive Chef to lead the Banquets team
* Replicate Luma's fine dining experience in a Banquet setting
* Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness procedures
* Support stock rotation and minimise wastage
* Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
* Bring creativity and care to everything you plate
About you
* Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in a fast‐paced kitchen environment
* A genuine passion for food and delivering high‐quality dining experiences
* Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required
* High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and personal presentation
* A proactive, team‐focused approach with a great attitude
