About Your New Role
As a Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants, keeping both sides happy while maximizing property value. Robust communication and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.
Oversee all aspects of property operations.
Provide exceptional tenant service, promptly addressing inquiries.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and maintenance issues.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts.
Maintain meticulous records (property status, financials, contracts).
Liaise with property owners, providing regular reports.
Assist with rent collection, financial records, and budget preparation.
Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
What You Will Need
Certificate IV in Real Estate practice (or ability to obtain).
A Valid Driver's Licence.
