**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement accounts strategy and actions to build up influential and long-term relationships with key business executives and stakeholders in accounts' organization
- Develop and implement commercial strategy to given accounts for selling of Grid Solutions Power Transmission products and services to win profitable business
- Be primary contact point of accounts, liaise with internal cross function to make sure customers' needs and concerns are well understood and proper addressed; Explain GS PT products and Service value to the customers, conduct spec-in/out actions together with Products Specialist Sales team
- Collect and Analysis accounts' data to understand customers' behaviors and buying activities, to support deal winning strategy
- Identify and prospect opportunities, conduct go/no go approvals, follow up offering, negotiation and ordering process in respect of company policy and procedure
- Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for the given accounts
- Follow up and support customer complaint solving process to improve customer satisfaction
- Buildup market intelligence of market dynamics, competitiveness, technologies move, market environment trends and emergent opportunities, to give input for market assessment, products gap actions and products R&D activities
- Perform periodic account review with management
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience of account manager, products sales, service sales or similar field with a successful sales track record
- Good knowledge of High Voltage Products and/or it's service solutions
- Willingness and ability to short time travel locally (50% of working time)
- Good knowledge of ANZ electric market and good connections with key utilities, EPCs and Industrial customers
