* Assessing supplier proposals, evaluating commercial models, and identifying risks to ensure value-for-money decisions.
* Preparing and finalising agreements in partnership with legal, finance, and project stakeholders.
* Supporting project delivery by aligning procurement activity with program timelines and objectives.
* Tracking supplier performance against agreed service levels and ensuring obligations are met.
* Contributing to broader procurement process improvements and best-practice initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* Solid background in technology procurement within large-scale or enterprise settings.
* Hands-on experience with major vendors and system integrators.
* Exposure to enterprise IT rollouts (ERP, HR, CRM or other complex platforms) highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of licensing frameworks, service contracts, and commercial agreements.
* Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and manage vendors effectively.
* Commercially savvy, analytical, and comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner effectively across IT, project delivery, and the business.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the commercial success of significant technology investments for a high-profile organisation.
