Job Role: Disability Support Worker
* To provide effective support, our team members assist participants with various personal activities including hygiene assistance, administration of medication, manual handling and domestic duties.
* Our staff are required to develop and implement positive behaviour support plans (PBSP) to facilitate community engagement and participation in social activities for individuals within their care.
* The role also involves supporting people through both group settings and one-on-one arrangements using company vehicles or the individual’s own transport.
