Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine sales training programs for IHG Javelin/onboarding.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver soft skills support for sellers and leaders.
* Coach and develop sales teams to drive business growth.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Education, or a relevant field of work.
* 6-10 years progressive experience in training, design, facilitation, with supervisory or team leader experience.
* Coaching experience preferred.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
* Fluency in reading, writing, spoken English and Japanese.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Service/Hospitality industry, hotel operations, systems.
* Strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate information to groups clearly.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, project management organizational skills.
* Salesforce, Cvent, Meeting Broker, GRS knowledge.
* Understanding of IHG initiatives and priorities, Revenue Management Principles & Practices.
