Description About the Role As our Onboarding & Medicals Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition and People teams across our Australian operations, as well as our projects in South Africa and Botswana (Expats). You’ll ensure every new starter has a smooth, well‑organised and positive onboarding experience, while coordinating all medical and compliance requirements along the way. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Managing personnel files and completing pre‑employment checks Coordinating medical bookings, results and specialist follow‑ups Managing a talent pool of candidates through to their start date Welcoming new starters to the business (the fun part!) Ensuring Safety, IT, Payroll and other teams are prepared for incoming employees Supporting graduate recruitment programs Qualifications What You’ll Bring You’re someone with a positive, proactive attitude who genuinely enjoys helping people feel welcome and supported.
