About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). It is one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
The General Porter Allocations Coordinator provides a central point of task allocation and coordination of the General Porters across RPAH. They will support bed turnover through management of tasks to maximise efficiency, avoid delays, and aid urgent movements. The position is to assist the Internal Patient Transport Manager with daily operations of the service.

Ideal Candidate
* Working knowledge of, and in, portage duties.
* Effective time management skills and proven ability to prioritise staff allocation to meet hospital requirements.
* Ability to review, interpret and summarise data to provide reports and develop training for the workforce.
