This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Reception Operations and Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital administrative, operational, and financial support role for our Canberra Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reception duties including internal and external mail distribution, manage inbound calls, and handle office stationery and supply stock with precision and attention to detail.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
* Support the Operations Department by managing branch administration, freight, and customs clearance requirements with efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager on administrative tasks, including contractor relationship management and employee paperwork, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Assist the Operations department with background checks and client relocation services, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict protocols.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
* Exhibit attention to detail, time management, and experience handling customer queries with tact and diplomacy.
