Annual Salary Range: $74,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation
Work Hours: 38 hours per week
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Baker to join our dynamic team at our Brighton store. This is a full-time, ongoing position ideal for a passionate and skilled professional.

Task & Responsibilities
* Prepare, mix, knead, shape, and bake a range of bread, rolls, buns, and specialty items
* Operate and monitor baking machinery and ovens
* Ensure baked goods meet quality standards, appearance, and freshness
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
Qualification & Experience
* Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
* Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking times, and bakery operations
* Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and a passion for artisan baking
