Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and FICA business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands‐on experience in configuration, implementation, support, and integration of SAP FICA solutions, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and support teams.
Responsibilities
* Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICA solutions.
* Perform SAP S/4HANA FICA configuration and implementation activities.
* Work extensively on core FICA functionalities including:
* Payment Processing
* Dunning & Collections
* Clearing Control
* Security Deposits
* Refunds
* Write-offs
* Reversals
* Support integrations between SAP FICA, Billing & Invoicing, SAP FI, and external payment platforms.
* Handle BAU support activities, minor enhancements, and change requests.
* Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.
* Maintain system and support documentation.
* Collaborate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution and solution delivery.
* Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, testing, and support activities.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in SAP FICA with S/4HANA.
* Hands‐on expertise in FICA configuration and support.
* Experience in integration with Billing, Invoicing, SAP FI, and external payment systems.
* Good understanding of functional documentation and support processes.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Exposure to SAP BRF+.
* Basic ABAP debugging skills for troubleshooting and issue analysis.
Preferred Domain Experience
* Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, or other billing‐intensive industries preferred.
