Technical interventionsPolishing and cleaning for watches and jewelryEngraving of pens, jewelry, and watchesQuality checks on all products after interventionsCompletion of all assigned jobs dailyDismantling and preparation of watchesWork environmentEnsure cleanliness of the work areaMaintain tools and equipmentEnsure proper chemical use and storage in line with health & safety guidelinesProvide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas to managementKey Performance IndicatorsLead time performance (dismantling, polishing, engraving)Repair quality / guaranteeKey relationshipsStrong reporting line to supervisorCollaboration with Technical and Administrative teamsHow will you experience success with us?
Secondary school education or higher2 years relevant experience in luxury watches preferred, but motivated beginners are welcomeProficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications; computer savvyHands-on experience in polishing watches and jewelryPositive attitude and mindsetAbility to work independently and organize oneselfWhat makes our group different?
