Job Description
As a Medical Translator and Linguist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication across languages and cultures. You will work with a team of experts to translate critical documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in conveying complex medical information.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate written materials from Korean to English, maintaining the structure and style of the original text while ensuring the accuracy of ideas and facts.
* Research industry-specific terminology to ensure that translations are precise and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with the Translations Services team to update or improve glossaries, Translation Memories, Style Guides, and other internal assets.
* Identify gaps in instructions or external issues that may affect quality commitments to clients.
* Proofread translated texts for terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
Requirements
For this role, we are looking for an individual who is fluent in two or more languages, has excellent research skills, and possesses a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. You should also have outstanding problem-solving skills when faced with difficult content and instruction.
