An exciting leadership opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Registered Nurse to provide management of clinical services and professional leadership across our District Nursing, Hospital in the Home (HiTH), Community Palliative Care and HARP Complex Care teams. The successful applicant will have solid clinical experience in relevant settings, skills in supervising and supporting teams, and a passion for driving improvements in quality and innovation of home and community-based nursing services.
About you
1. Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical or community services setting
2. Knowledge of current trends in health service provision, policy and funding
3. Well-developed financial management skills for developing and managing an annual operating budget
4. Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
5. Demonstrated ability to operate and lead in an environment of organisational change
6. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across all levels through the use of high level interpersonal and communication skills
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise initiative, innovation and creative solutions
8. Demonstrated ability to deliver effective programs that support broader organisational objectives and meet community needs.
