Reporting to the Head of Operations (Supply Chain & IT), we are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager that will be responsible for the strategic delivery and ongoing support of technology solutions across The Body Shop Australia's omni-channel operations. This includes oversight of core infrastructure, ERP systems, and retail technology to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing systems across stores, head office, and e-commerce. With strong communication skills, technical expertise, and project leadership experience, you will act as a key technology partner to the business-driving initiatives that support operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary IT contact for Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Marketing teams.Translate business needs into practical, value-driven technology solutions.Develop and implement local IT roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Project DeliveryLead IT projects such as ERP upgrades (Microsoft Dynamics 365), network rollouts, and infrastructure enhancements.Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption.Infrastructure & Retail TechnologyOversee reliable IT infrastructure for head office and retail locations.Manage systems including Microsoft Server, Active Directory, M365, and MS Exchange.Support network performance including NBN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless across all sites.Support & OperationsProvide second-level support and resolve infrastructure-related issues.Maintain IT security, patching, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.Ensure compliance with IT governance, privacy, and data protection policies.Documentation & ImprovementMaintain accurate system documentation and support change initiatives.Continuously improve IT processes and service delivery performance.Key RelationshipsInternal: General Manager, Leadership Team, Business Unit Leaders, Store OperationsExternal: Global IT Service Desk, ERP Providers, Local and Global Infrastructure VendorsQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years in IT leadership within a multi-site or omni-channel environment.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Microsoft Server, Active Directory, M365, MS Exchange).Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.Familiarity with NBN, SD-WAN, VPNs, and retail network environments.Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage third-party vendors.Strong communicator with the ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences.Collaborative and commercially minded, with effective stakeholder management skills.Results-driven, organised, and adaptable to change.Highly service-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent internal customer experiences.What's On OfferBase salary + super + bonus potentialHybrid working: 3 days working from our Australian Support Office at Chadstone Shopping Centre on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays with remaining days WFHAt The Body Shop Australia, we're more than a beauty brand - we're a purpose-led business committed to ethical beauty and positive change.
