Inventory Management Specialist
Job Description: As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes. You will be responsible for analyzing reports, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of recording and filing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce daily inventory reports and analyze them to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
* Investigate all discrepancies and issues within predetermined time frames.
* Maintain excellent standards of recording and filing all reports, stock adjustments, cycle count sheets, claims/resolutions, out of stock information.
* Ensure that stock receipting accuracy is maintained.
* Process customer orders, enquiries, and follow up on any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Must have experience in stock control, including stocktakes, cycle counts, and supplier relationships.
* Must have a valid High Risk Forklift Licence.
* Strong analytical skills and superior attention to detail.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Superior time management skills with the ability to manage work schedules unsupervised.
* Flexible and reliable with the capacity to work under pressure.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
